In order to use any vehicle you need to use an interaction to get in or on the vehicle. After using your interaction, the movement speed of the vehicle replaces your walking speed and you use your movement action to drive up to the vehicle’s maximum speed. You use the precision skill check to roll for any movements with the vehicle.

If you have the Driver Title, you won’t need to make driving precision rolls for basic vehicle control, you will still need to roll for anything outside of basic vehicle interactions.
