With this device in your ear, you can understand any language spoken to you and be able to respond back in that language as long as you’re talking with someone who speaks it.

Robot - Cost Varies Between 50 to 50,000+ Currency - Varying Rarity
The capabilities of a robot depend on its rarity and the materials used to construct its body. A bare minimum common variant of a robot would at least have +0s in all physical stats and a couple +2 bonuses in physical skill checks. At higher rarities with better materials a robot can have much higher stats and bonuses and other special traits, requiring a lot of the DM’s own interpretations.
A robot’s mental stats are determined by the rarity of the AI, seen below.

Artificial Intelligence - Cost Varies Between 50 to 50,000+ Currency - Varying Rarity
Artificial Intelligence or AI is its own character with independent or original thoughts. It can activate and manipulate pieces of technology it has access to or has been implanted into. Its mental stats and bonuses associated with those stats are based on the rarity of the AI. The common variant of an AI has +1s to all mental stats and +1 bonuses to all intelligence, wisdom, and charisma skill checks. Its stats and bonuses increases by 1 for every rarity above common. (EX: A fabled variant would have +5s)
Maybe if you are on good terms with the AI or if you have the AI under your control you can activate pieces of technology as a free action.

When this material is used in crafting, the product does not need to be charged or connected to electricity to be operated and can never be out of battery.
